The important part is that you should be GENUINELY enjoying music.You can enjoy Classical Music- Indian or Western, Zen Music, Folk music, Jazz, Rock n Roll…anything that suits your taste.I recommend you to develop taste for relaxing music so that you are able to unwind. Soft, calm, soothing music will give rest to your nerves and you will feel calmer and happier. You can listen to music while resting or working.
