Drink Vegetable Juice

Have a glass of vegetable juice daily as this is very healthy and cleanses your system while nourishing it at the same time. Vegetables are natural eatables and are apt for human consumption. Drinking its juice provides you with many nutrients, minerals, vitamins and fiber in body. You can try various vegetables such as tomato,  carrot, cucumber, white gourd, spinach, bitter gourd, beet. DO NOT discard the fiber i.e do not strain the juice. Have it blended without sieving it. Avoid salt and sugar in the juice. You can flavor the juice with lemon, mint, basil, pepper etc. There are various recipes on the net for green smoothies.
