Meditation is the best way to relax your mind full of stress. Most people think that meditation is very difficult and it is some mystical technique that one has to learn from a guru. Well, meditation is natural to all of us. We have just never used that natural ability enough. Attuning your thoughts and feelings to any object, material or abstract, is meditation. While you are lying on bed or sitting on a sofa, if you just observe your breath, it is meditation. If you are on the beach and feeling soothed, admiring the wonderful sun, you are meditating. If you are getting pleasure from some memory and savoring that moment in your mind, you are meditating. Listening peacefully and calmly to the chirping of birds or the rustling of leaves is meditation. But always remember that object of meditation should be a natural object or a higher goal. You should not meditate on perverse ideas and object.
