Wake up Early in Morning

Did you ever notice that chirping of birds starts at dawn ? Plants and trees open up to the sun from dawn. All living beings actually have a natural body clock which is aligned to Nature and primarily to the sun. We humans too have a natural body clock. As per the natural rhythm of our bodies, we should go to bed early and wake up early. All successful people wake up early in the morning by 5:30 am. These include Tim Cook ( Apple CEO), Jack Dorsey (Twitter Founder) , Richard Branson (Virgin Airlines),  Indra Nooyi (Pepsi CEO), Donald Trump (US President) etc.  When you wake up early, you get a greater inflow of cosmic energy. This provides you with a healthy body and mind. Moreover, you have greater clarity of thought and you can make better decisions.Try your best to align your sleeping time with this natural rhythm. This will keep your body and mind healthy and will go a long way in living a happy and fulfilling life.
