Every night, before going to bed, make it a point to write your diary. Half to one page is enough. Write all the important things that affected you emotionally and made you think. For example, you saw a beggar on the street and it made you think. Write what were those thoughts. You can also write anything related to events in office or home or relationships or anything that affects you in a positive or negative way. Writing a diary daily is very good for your emotional health. Over the time, you will find that this emotional feedback to yourself, will help you become stronger and clearer about your priorities in life.
