Take Long Walks

The human body is not designed to sit in the office whole day or staying in a house. It has been designed for hunting ! Yes, we evolved from ape-man to man and we had been hunting for food since millions of years. Naturally, the design of our body has evolved into a hunting aid. This doesn’t mean you should start hunting for food and kill animals.To keep yourself healthy, just take long walks. The more you walk, the more your cells will feel healthier and there will be more relief from stress. Make it a point that you go for walks EVERYDAY as this is the simplest way of keeping you healthy. You can take morning or evening walks. Just ensure that weather is good when you walk. Taking 30 minutes daily walk will keep you healthy and fit and free from stress.
